These terms apply when you visit Webroom or use material published here. You do not need an account. If you are below the age of majority where you live, please visit with the supervision of an adult. The Privacy page also applies to your use of the site.

Webroom includes photographs, captions, written entries, books, quotations, dates, design elements and their arrangement. Dates are the dates assigned to items on the site and are not independently certified.

Original photography, writing, design, selection and arrangement by Din Tanovic are protected by copyright and related laws.

Book covers, quoted text and other third-party material remain the property of their respective owners. No ownership of that material is claimed. Viewing the site does not grant permission to reproduce, distribute, change, republish, publicly display or commercially exploit its material. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

You may browse, read and privately reference Webroom for personal, non-commercial purposes. Brief quotation is allowed where the law permits it and proper credit is given. Other uses require prior written permission.

Do not use Webroom unlawfully, infringe another person's rights, send malicious code, bypass or test security controls, scrape material at scale, impersonate someone else, misrepresent the site, or interfere with access for others. Access may be limited or ended if these terms are broken.

Webroom may link to books, quotations and other material published elsewhere. Those materials remain subject to their owners' rights and the terms of the services hosting them. Webroom does not control those services and is not responsible for their content or availability.

Content may be corrected, changed or removed. These terms may also be updated by publishing a new version here. The date above shows the latest version.

Webroom is provided at Din Tanovic's discretion and may be interrupted, restricted or discontinued without notice.

Webroom is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties about accuracy, completeness, continuous availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, no liability is accepted for indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss arising from access to or reliance on the site. Nothing here limits a right or remedy that the law does not allow to be limited, including mandatory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the law of Din Tanovic's place of residence, without affecting any mandatory protection available under the law of your habitual residence. If one part is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
