TERMS OF USE
ACCESS AND MATERIAL USE CONDITIONS
01 — Scope of Access
These conditions govern access to Webroom and to the material published on it. Webroom is an independently maintained personal media and reference archive concerning Din Tanovic. Access does not require the visitor to establish an identity, and Webroom does not offer visitor accounts.
Access is permitted to visitors who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction, or who visit under the supervision of a person who has. Continued access establishes acceptance of these conditions only. The Privacy Notice forms part of these conditions.
02 — Nature of the Material
The material consists of photographs, captions, written entries, article references, books, quotations, dates, classifications, design elements and the selection and arrangement of all of the foregoing.
Displayed dates identify the date assigned to the corresponding material within Webroom. They do not constitute independent certification by an external authority, and they do not establish that an event occurred as arranged. Administrative vocabulary used throughout Webroom is a method of internal organisation only.

03 — Ownership and Custody
Original photography, original writing, original design and the original selection and arrangement of the material are owned by the rights holder identified in section 11 and are protected by applicable copyright and related laws.
No ownership is claimed over third-party book covers, quoted texts, externally published articles or any other material whose rights remain with their original holders. Access permits observation only and confers no custody. No right of reproduction, distribution, modification, derivative use, public display, republication or commercial exploitation is granted. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
04 — Permitted Observation
A visitor may access, read and privately reference Webroom for personal, private and non-commercial purposes, and may reference it in unaltered form. Brief quotation is permitted where applicable law allows it and where attribution is provided. Any other use requires prior written permission.
05 — Prohibited Interference
A visitor may not use Webroom for any unlawful purpose; infringe the rights of the rights holder or of others; transmit malicious code; circumvent or test security or access controls; scrape, spider or harvest material at scale; redistribute or republish the material; impersonate any person or entity; present Webroom in a misleading manner or as issued by a governmental, statutory, investigative or medical body; or interfere with the availability of Webroom for others. Access may be suspended or terminated where these conditions are breached.
06 — External Material
Webroom references books, quotations and published articles held or hosted elsewhere. Such material remains subject to the rights of its original rights holders and to the conditions of the external services that host it. External material is not examined, endorsed or controlled by Webroom, and access to it is at the visitor's own risk. No liability is accepted for external material or for any dealings with its custodians.
07 — Revision and Reclassification
Entries may be corrected, superseded, withdrawn or left unresolved without notice. These conditions may likewise be revised by publication on this page; the revision value in the register above identifies the current version, and continued access after publication constitutes acceptance of the revision.
08 — Availability and Termination
Webroom is made available at the discretion of the rights holder. Availability may be interrupted, restricted or discontinued at any time, in whole or in part, without notice. Collection of new personal material ends on 31 December 2026; technical maintenance, security work, accessibility repairs and corrections to these notices may continue after that date and do not constitute new archival material.
09 — Warranty and Liability
Webroom is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, continuity of availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no liability is accepted for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss arising from access to or reliance on the material. Nothing in these conditions excludes or limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights.
10 — Governing Conditions
These conditions are governed by the law of the rights holder's place of residence, without prejudice to any mandatory protection available to a visitor under the law of their own habitual residence. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
